Administration of diazepam before cystamine in rats: lack of modification

Description
Diazepam (10 mg/kg i.p.) did not lower acute toxic effects of cystamine in rats. Neither radioprotective effectiveness nor hemodynamic changes after cystamine (60 mg/kg i.p.) were influenced by preceding administration of diazepam (5 mg/kg i.p.). (author)
