Study of the decay of75 Se to levels in 75 As
Description
The gamma-ray spectra of 75 Se(T1/2=119.7 d)has been measured using a high resolution (GMX) detector. Coincidence studies on some gamma-gamma cascades have been measured using (GMX-HPGe) detectors connected to a fast slow coincidence circuit. The resolving time for the fast channel was (2τ =18n sec). Tentative spin-parity assignments to the studied levels based on log(ft) values of the electron capture decay feeding them were done. Seven new gamma transitions have been observed with energies 39.6, 41.4, 162, 212.8, 216.6, 274.5 and 312.5 KeV. A new level with energy 360.2KeV is proposed in the present work
