Experiment on the injection beam kicker magnets
Description
Models of injection beam kicker magnet system have been constructed and tested for the filling cycle of 10 minutes at 360 pps with a norminal current of a few kiloampere. Based upon the experimental results, the power supply for the system could be specified. The original designed modulator circuit was found to be quite adequate for operation but subjected to some modifications. 13 figs., 2 tabs
