Description

Subsections 7(4) and (5) of the Regulations were revoked by this amendment. Those subsections required the AECB, when deciding whether or not to authorise export of a prescribed substance, to be satisfied about the price and quantity of that substance. The two subsections were replaced by new provisions simply authorising the Board to issue an export licence and to impose conditions on the licence in the interests of health, safety and security. Le present Reglement a ete modifie pour abroger ses paragraphes 7(4) et (5) qui disposaient que la CCEA en prenant une decision sur la question d'autoriser ou d'interdire l'exportation de substances prescrites devait d'abord etre satisfaite de leur prix et de leur quantite. Ces dispositions ont ete remplacees par d'autres dispositions precisant tout simplement que la Commission est autorisee a delivrer un permis d'exportation assorti de certaines conditions dans l'interet de la sante, de la surete et de la securite
