Description
Possible production of high-temperature superconducting films of Y-Ba-Cu-O composition is studied by methods of pulverization with pyrolysis and zone recrystallization. It is found that the film superconducting properties and their transition temperature into superconducting state depend on the substrate material. Films made on substrates of BaF2 have the best characteristics
