Effect of phase composition on thermoluminescence in BaB2O4 crystals

Description

Spectra of reflection, luminescence and luminescence excitation in 4.2-300K temperature range are studied. Exciton parameters are determined. Relaxation of intrinsic and electron excitations occurs by way of radiative annihilation of electron-hole pairs and autolocalized excitons
