Investigation of the reaction γ12 C → n3 He 2 α

Description
The possibility of identification of the γ12 C → n3 He 2 α reaction by means of the nuclear emulsion technique is considered. For the first, the experimental data on the energy of relative motion and on the divergence angle of secondary particles as well as on the excitation energy of probable intermediate nuclei are obtained. Possible mechanism of the reaction are analyzed
