On the problem of time choice in cosmology

Description
For isotropic cosmological model with conformal-invariant scalar field a class of quantization conditions, resulting in the Hamiltonian dynamics with time-independent hamiltonian which coincides with harmonic oscillator hamiltonian, has been obtained. Quantum dynamics of the model is considered and inevitability of singularity in its quantum version is shown
