The choosing of engineering technology program of one cement solidification factory

Description
In the cement solidification plant, the key technology is the cementation of intermediate lever liquid waste (ILLW) and incineration ashes. The cementation technology has two important methods of in drum mixture and out drum mixture. Based on these two methods, two engineering projects have been designed. This article is intend to discuss the key equipments of these two methods and the design issue should be taken into account, and contrast the two projects. The analysis result indicate that the ILLW is suit for out drum mixture, and the incineration ashes are suit for in drum mixture. In conclusion, the cement solidification plant will choose the method of out drum mixture to solidify the ILLW, and the method of in drum mixture to solidify the ashes. (authors)
