Extraction study of Pu(III) - EDTA chelates
Description
The stability constants and thermodynamic functions of PuEDTA-, PuHEDTA and PuH2EDTA+ complexes were determined by extraction method. The use of extraction method for the study of Pu(III)-EDTA complexes made it possible to detect apart from normal chelate PuL-, two acid complexes, PuHL and PuH2L+. Instead of TTA another extractant should be preferable with simple equilibrium in extraction systems. (author) 10 refs.; 3 figs.; 7tabs
