Bubble chamber study of baryon exchange
Description
The reactions: π-p → nπ-π+, π-p → nπ-π+π0, π-p → nπ-π-π+π+, π-p → n anti pp in the kinematic region of small four-momentum transfer from the incident π- to the outgoing neutron, studied at an incident momentum of 12 GeV/c. Such reactions are typically described by the mechanism of baryon exchange
