Description
True tracer radiolabeling, purification, and analysis of a gadolinium complex of HP-DO3A (10-(2-hydroxy-propyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclo dodecane-1,4,7-triacetic acid) was achieved by the reaction of carrier-added 153GdCl3 and excess free ligand. Two analytical methods (ITLC and HPLC) were developed to determine the purity of radiolabeled samples. (Author)
