Fast neutron nuclear reactor core cover plug
Description
The cover plug comprises a support plate, a cylindrical envelope, of which axis is vertical, forming one piece with the support plate, and transversal spacers in regard with the envelope. Vertical tubes fixed at their upper part on the the support plate are coupled with the spacers. The spacers consist of at least two conical shells having the same axis that the envelope. The conical shells angle is above 1200; the base diameter is lightly lower than the diameter of the envelope. The lowest shell makes the coolant deflecting. The invention applies more particularly to integrated type reactors cooled by sodium

Le bouchon-couvercle comporte une plaque-support, une enveloppe cylindrique a axe vertical solidaire de la plaque-support et des entretoises transversales par rapport a l'enveloppe. Des tubes verticaux fixes a leur partie superieure sur la plaque-support sont relies aux entretoises. Les entretoises sont constituees par au moins deux voiles coniques ayant leur axe confondu avec l'axe de l'enveloppe. Ces voiles coniques ont un angle au sommet superieur a 1200 et un diametre legerement inferieur au diametre de l'enveloppe, a leur base. L'entretoise situee le plus bas dans l'enveloppe assure la deflection du fluide de refroidissement du reacteur.
