French energetic perspective by 2020-2050. Synthesis report

This report brings together the technical reflexions of the Energy Commission implemented by the strategical analysis center. Written in 7 chapters it presents the problematic; the energy policy facing the planetary challenges, the constraints, opportunities, cooperations and difficult integration of the french energy policy in the europe; the axis of a national energy policy; some simulation to light up the long dated choices and the implementing conditions of an ambitious energy policy. The last chapter concludes on recommendations for the french energy policy at a national but also community scale. (A.L.B.)
