On interaction of intermetallic compound ScFe2, alloyed by yttrium, ruthenium and gallium, with nitrogen in hydrogen presence

Description
The interaction of intermetallic compounds S0.9Y0.1Fe2, Sc0.5Y0.5Fe2, ScFe1.85Ga0.15, ScFe1.7Ga0.3 and ScFe1.5Ru0.5 with nitrogen-hydrogen mixtures of different composition at various temperatures and pressures is investigated. It is shown that phases of transition metals and scandium and yttrium nitrides are the final interaction products of the above-mentioned intermetallides and their hydride phases with nitrogen-hydrogen mixture under the pressure of 107 Pa and at the tempeatures 723-823 K
