Description

Confinement of a hot electron plasma has been investigated on the OGRA-4K linear cusp device. The plasma was generated by ECRH and formed as two rings. The plasma parameters depending on gas puffing are: density (2-6)x1012cm-3, average electron energy 2-20 keV, β up to 3%. It has been shown that plasma losses are approximately classical.
