Self-consumption and wealth transfer between consumers. Analysis of issues related to the development of photovoltaic self-consumption

Within the perspective of the introduction of a new regulation aimed at developing photovoltaic self-consumption in France, and as this self-consumption has been already developed in many other countries, the author analyses policies related to self-consumption which have been implemented in Germany, Denmark and Spain. Then, he uses a prospective approach to photovoltaic production by 2035 to assess wealth transfers between self-consumers and final consumers if the regulation remains unchanged.
