New plant improves radwaste processing at the Tokai 2 BWR

Description
A new radwaste treatment facility went into operation last year at the Japan Atomic Power Company's Tokai 2 BWR. The facility, which includes an incinerator, provides a significant improvement in volume reduction and discharges over the existing waste treatment plant. (author)
