Description

Outcomes of investigation of physical principles of gamma-radiation identification of neutron capture of objects with complex composition were presented. Such phenomena as emission of high-energy (Eγ ≤9 MeV), cascade and intensive low-energy (Eγ ≤3 MeV) gamma-quanta, as well as the resonance-related dependence of the capture cross-section and neutron energy were taken into consideration during the investigations. The drawings of the experimental facilities used for fulfillment of objectives set by authors in the course of investigation of neutron beams optimization are being considered. In addition, the analysis period is reduced, sensitivity is improved and the range of elements specified in the same time is broadened
