Description

Possibilities have been studied to use W heteropolycompounds (HPC) of series 12 as a modifying addition to Ni-containing catalysts of destitrucve hydrogenation of hydrocarbons. Physicochemical properties of the catalysts, the state of HPC in the process of catalyst preparation and use the structure of samples with different HPC concentration in carriers are investigated. IR spectra of HPC during thermolysis at 100-600 deg C are considered. ITt is shown, that time substance, calcinated at 300-400 deg C, preserves some absorption bands characteristic of the initial salt. tThe absorption bands in the 1000-900 cm-1 range are attributed to vibrations of terminal multiple bonds W=0, in the 900-600 cm-1 range vibrations of the valence bridge bonds W-O-W take place. At 600 deg C the heteropolyanion starts to decompose. The HPC studied are structurizing promoters, they affect dispersity of the metals included in the catalyst composition. I n the reducing medium at the reaction temperature mixed HPC get transformed to a reduced form, but do not decompose to simple oxides
