VINT-1 flaw detector with ferroelectric probe for thread opening testing

Description
VINT-1 flaw detector with ferroelectric probe, intended for threaded hole testing in products, made of ferromagnetic steels, is described. The flaw detector comprises an electronic unit and two replaceable control devices, providing for the flaw revealing in holes with 140 and 170 mm diameter (thread pitch is 6 mm). The flaw detector operation principle is based on the control of a local section of thread under investigation, magnetized by alternating magnetic field. Magnetization is carried out in two directions - along and across the thread fillet - by C-shaped alternating current electromagnets. The flaw detector is tested under operational conditions
