Description
Highlights: • Er3+ -doped boro-tellurite glasses were prepared by melt-quench method. • Thermal properties was strongly influenced by addition of Er3+ ions. • Spectroscopic parameter were calculated using Judd-Ofelt theory. • Their luminescence properties are modified with Er2O3 substitution.
