Further enhancement of safety culture in nuclear and radiation sectors

This paper discusses the implication of safety culture in nuclear and radiation sectors. A viewpoint is put forward about how to accurately divide the areas involving nuclear and radiation which is deemed to be the basis for establishing excellent safety culture, pointing out the diverse range of manifestation with less safety culture. At the end, suggestions are proposed of how to strength the safety culture in the areas involving nuclear and radiation. (author)
