The analysis of nuclear power legal system
Description
The article introduces the current status and trend of nuclear power legal system in the in- land of China and abroad. Regarding the classification of the legal entities and object in accordance with the characters of the nuclear industry, the nuclear power legal system has its own special rules in relation with nuclear technology. The article briefs the legislation elements and fundamental rules for nuclear power legal system's construction in order to improve the legislation process of Chinese nuclear industry and accelerate the legal system setup.
