An approach for determination of the pollution level of the atmosphere in the indeterminate conditions

The paper presents an approach for determination of the pollution level of the atmosphere in uncertain conditions, taking into account the influence of the non-stationery emission sources, polluting the lower atmosphere layer. The pollution rapidly increases near electric power plants using low-quality fuels and especially during the transition regimes. It is proposed a strategy for pollution level determination based on probabilistic approach. This approach is applied for the determination of the pollution near some thermal power plants
