Data science-based methodology for analyzing ionizing radiation doses of occupationally exposed workers

  • 1. IRD/CNEN-RJ (Brazil)

Description

This project aims to apply a methodology based on data science to analyze doses of occupationally exposed workers. The creation of software specialized in analyzing historical data on doses of workers in a country will allow investigating the exposure profile of the various practices monitored, in specific monitoring periods and in certain geographic locations. The proposed methodology uses data science techniques that allow a retrospective approach, allowing an in-depth analysis of the profile of exposed individuals and contributing to the improvement of radioprotection practices
