Improved technique for the preparation of deuterated-polyethylene targets
Description
Self-supporting uniform deuterated polyethylene foils with thicknesses in the range 1-5 mg/cm2 and an area of 5 cm2 have been prepared. The foils are built up in a series of layers using a saturated solution of polyethylene in boiling xylene. (Auth.)
