Description
The temperature dependences of resistivity ρ of a brominated material, which contains multiwalled carbon nanotubes, and brominated crystalline and pyrolytic graphites are investigated in the range of 4.2 to 700 K. The results are compared with ρ(T) of initial materials. The temperature dependence ρ(T) are investigated at different velocities of heating and cooling in helium and air atmospheres. It is found that the temperature dependences of brominated materials have unusual behaviours at temperatures above 390 K. an assumption, describing ρ(T) is proposed
