22 best practices for local wood energy supply - Guide for territories, 2022 edition
Description
These 22 'good practice' sheets have been written to help local authorities who wish to improve the methods of supplying their wood-fired boilers, in an approach of territorial autonomy or fair exchanges between territories concerning wood-energy, while optimizing their environmental and social impacts. Actions are classified into three categories: wood resource actions, supply actions and demand actions. These categories are not mutually exclusive: actions on demand can impact supply and resources, for example. Each category presents a typology of actors who are more particularly concerned by the action considered
Abstract (French)
Ces fiches de bonnes pratiques ont ete redigees pour aider les collectivites qui le souhaitent a ameliorer les modalites d'approvisionnement de leurs chaufferies bois, dans une approche d'autonomie territoriale ou d'echanges equitables entre territoires, tout en optimisant leurs impacts environnementaux et sociaux. Les actions issues de ces fiches peuvent etre plus ou moins adaptees a chaque territoire: la ressource forestiere, la structuration de la filiere, les besoins en qualite ou en quantite de bois-energie sont autant de parametres a verifier, pour que les actions envisagees soient a la fois coherentes avec le territoire, mais aussi coherentes entre elles. Les actions sont classees selon trois categories: actions sur la ressource, actions sur l'offre et actions sur la demande. Ces categories ne sont pas exclusives les unes des autres: des actions sur la demande peuvent impacter l'offre et la ressource par exemple. Chaque categorie presente une typologie d'acteurs qui sont concernes plus particulierement par l'action consideree
