Description
The paper concerns in the physical design method of 571.2 MHz subharmonic buncher. The two dimensional finite difference method software--Superfish and the three dimensional finite integration method software-MAFIA were used to simulate the structure of the sub-harmonic buncher. Both of the simulation results are in good consistency with the design data. In addition, the characteristics in the RF cavity simulation with the two softwares are compared. (authors)
