The nearest and farther effects of acute gamma-irradiation on biomechanical function of heart and on it adrenergic regulation during hypothyrosis

Description
The study of isolated Langendorf-perfused heart has shown that the acute gamma-irradiation of rats in 1,0 Gy dose (9*10-4 Gy/s) causes the decrease of contraction ability, myocardium relaxation, and reaction of heart to the stimulation of α- and β-adrenergic receptors. The irradiation of hypothyroid animals leads to more expressed and long changes of functional state of heart and modifies its adrenergic regulation
