Description

Present paper describes the optimization studies for the base line separation of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions on microbore cation exchange column. Effect of mobile phase composition and temperature on their retention on microbore cation exchange column was studied. Mobile phase optimized to 1.7 mM HNO3+ 0.7 mM PDCA for their quantification in PFBR MOX fuel. (author)
