Description
The elastic reflection coefficient of 0-20 eV electrons incident normally on clean (110) and (001) tungsten surfaces has been measured accurately with a novel type of spectrometer. Corresponding calculations have been performed using various potential approximations. Agreement between theory and experiment is very good and clearly identifies surface-sensitive features. (author)
