Midline glioblastoma multiform mimicking hamartoma of the tuber cinereum: presentation of a pediatric patient detected using CT and MR

Description
We present an unusual case of brain glioblastoma multiform in a 14 years old boy. the tumor was detected by CT and MR and diagnosed stereotaxic biopsy. The unusual imaging features make it difficult to be diagnosed as a malignant tumor. Moreover some features make it to be miss diagnosed as tuber cinereum hamartoma. (Author) 11 refs
