Computerized determination of stages of central pulmonary carcinoma according to clinico-roentgenological data

The problems of elaboration of a method of computerized determining the stages of central pulmonary carcinoma according to the data of routine clinicoroentgenological examination of 151 patients were considered. All the patients had the data of clinical examination, X-ray images, tomograms of chest organs. The combination of symptoms was given which with greater probability met in one from four stages of central pulmonary carcinoma. The results obtained testifies to the existent dependence between expressiveness of clinicoroentgenological picture and the stage of pulmonary carcinoma. Computized data permit to suppose a stage of pulmonary carcinoma and to choose the rational treatment method
