Interaction of radiation point defects with doped lithium atoms in aluminium
Description
Interaction of interstitial atoms with impurity lithium atoms in aluminium under 54 K temperature was studied by the analysis of inverse value of radiation defects accumulation rate. Interstitial atoms capture radii by lithium atoms and interstitial atoms-lithium atoms complexes are determined
