New research on re-outgassing of SIP
Description
Some new experimental results about re-outgassing of inactive gas from the sputter ion pump (SIP) have been obtained during the research on properties of an analog UHV system for HESYRL storage rig. Argon instability phenomenon and mechanism at UHV were evaluated and an efficient way of pumping inactive gases was studied. (author)
