Low-temperature heat capacity and thermodynamic functions of nickel or zinc uranyl sulfate pentahydrates

Description
The heat capacity of the Ni[UO2(SO4)2H2O]·4H2O (1) and Zn[UO2(SO4)2H2O]·4H2O (2) crystalline hydrates is studied and their thermodynamic functions are calculated through the adiabatic vacuum calorimetry method. Their standard formation entropies at 298.15 K, equal correspondingly to -1753.1(1) and -1869.2±2.1 J/(mole·K), are calculated
Abstract (Russian)
Методом адиабатической вакуумной калориметрии в интервале 5-300 К изучена теплоемкость и рассчитаны термодинамические функции кристаллических гидратов Ni[UO2(SO4)2H2O]·4H2O (1) и Zn[UO2(SO4)2H2O]·4H2O (2). Вычислены их стандартные энтропии образования при 298.15 К, равные соответственно -1753.1(1) и 1869.2±2.1 Дж/(моль·K)Additional details
