Synthesis of Y-SrTiO3 fine powders by sol-gel process
Description
Yi-SrTiO3 powders are synthesized by pechini process as a kind of sol-gel process and compared with solid state reaction with respect to powder properties. As a result, calcination temperature is lowered about at 500deg C. Furthermore, obtained powders are fine and homogeneous. And these powders are agglomerated and the size of primary particles is about 30nm. (Author)
