Product specifications for the end use
Description
This paper reports on the concept of total quality which provides a foundation upon which NGL specifications could be built. Total quality has been embraced by a large constituency within the Refining and Petrochemical business, so, the NGL industry can not afford to discount it. As a concept, total quality certainly includes a specific management approach, but the roots of the quality movement lie with traditional product quality values. Naturally, the subject of product quality leads directly to product specifications, thus proving the intimate relationship between the total quality concept and NGL specifications
