Electronic structure and features of the magnetic state of a Fe52 nanotube with a Si5 internal quantum dot

Description
Based on the method of the scattered waves one performed the spin-polarized calculation of the spectrum of the electronic states of an iron nanotube consisting of 52 atoms with Si internal quantum dot. One discusses peculiar features of the electronic structure and the distribution of the local magnetic moments in the mentioned heterostructure
