On the convergence properties of the refined Born approximation
Description
Convergence properties of the refined Born approximation in the case of the varied number of parameters of the trial function are discussed. We show that for scattering on short range potentials this method yields a convergent process for determining the solution of the Lippmann-Schwinger equation independently of the magnitude of the coupling constant. 5 refs.
