Thermal power generation - progress report, 1980
Description
The year 1980, in continuation of the previous year, was marked by the completion of three essential objectives: 1) the successful commissioning of the new PWR units and the satisfactory operation of the 900 MW units in service, 2) the optimum burning of coal, 3) keeping up the maintenance efforts on the conventional thermal complex. The realisation of these objectives led the Department to continue its drive to recruit, train and integrate new staff

L'annee 1980, dans la voie de l'annee precedente, a ete marquee par la realisation de trois objectifs essentiels: 1) la reussite du demarrage des nouvelles tranches PWR et l'exploitation satisfaisante des tranches 900 MW en service, 2) la consommation optimale du charbon, 3) le maintien des efforts d'entretien sur le parc thermique classique.
