Radiation defect production in quantum crystals
Description
The radiation defect production process is considered in quantum crystals. The quantum recombination effect of interstitial atom and vacancy is calculated. The d effect production characters are expressed by means of De Bour's parameter. (author). 10 refs.; 2 figs
