The importance of electric fields of ionized nanoparticles for radiation therapy

Description

The model according to which the electric fields of ionized nanoparticles, placed in tissue, enhance the biological effect of ionizing radiation is presented. The model is based on the data on enhancement of the influence of γ-rays on biological cells by static electric fields and estimates of typical intensities of electric fields of ionized nanoparticles in biological tissue.

Ïðåäñòàâëåíà ìîäåëü, ñîãëàñíî êîòîðîé ýëåêòðè÷åñêèå ïîëÿ íàõîäÿùèõñÿ â áèîëîãè÷åñêîé òêàíè èîíèçîâàííûõ íàíî÷àñòèö óñèëèâàþò áèîëîãè÷åñêîå äåéñòâèå èîíèçèðóþùåãî èçëó÷åíèÿ. Ìîäåëü îñíîâàíà íà äàííûõ ïî óñèëåíèþ âîçäåéñòâèÿ γ-èçëó÷åíèÿ íà áèîëîãè÷åñêèå êëåòêè ñòàòè÷åñêèìè ýëåêòðè÷åñêèìè ïîëÿìè è îöåíêàõ õàðàêòåðíûõ íàïðÿæåííîñòåé ýëåêòðè÷åñêèõ ïîëåé èîíèçèðîâàííûõ íàíî÷àñòèö â áèîëîãè÷åñêèå òêàíè.
