Anomalous penetration of implanted 65Zn and compensated zone build-up in ZnTe crystals

Description
A supertail is observed for 65Zn implanted in ZnTe crystals. This phenomenon is related to the compensated zone formation already reported in ion implanted ZnTe. This tail is attributed to long range migration of interstitial zinc atoms before trapping. (Auth.)
