Estimation of the corrosion resistance of VNS17 and EhI-69 steels after nitriding them in a magnetic field

Description
The evaluation of the corrosion resistance of the phosphate-nitride layers, obtained through superimposition in a magnetic field, is carried out. The samples of the martensite-ageing steel VNS-17 and austenite steel EU-69, subjected to thermal treatment, are studied. It is shown, that consecutive phosphating and nitriding of these steels lead to significant growth of their corrosion resistance in the 3% sodium chloride solution by essential inhibition of the anode process

Проведена оценка коррозионной устойчивости композиционных фосфатно-нитридных слоев, полученных при наложении магнитного поля. Исследовали образцы мартенситно-стареющей стали ВНС-17 и аустенитной стали ЭИ-69, подвергнутых термообработке. Показано, что последовательное фосфатирование и азотирование этих сталей приводит к существенному росту их коррозионной устойчивости в 3%-ном растворе хлорида натрия при значительном торможении анодного процессаAdditional details
