Description
The nanocrystalline structure formation in amorphous Ni-Mo-B alloys was studied by X-ray diffraction, TEM and HREM methods. The nanocrystalline structure with the grain sized of about 20-30 nm was obtained at the annealing of Ni58.5Mo31,5B10 alloy. The alloy is crystallized with Ni-based solid solution formation of FCC structure. Annealed Ni70Mo10B20 alloy contains FCC-Ni and unknown metastable phase; the nanocrystalline structure was not observed in this alloy. The lattice parameters of the new metastable phase are determined. The structure and stability in Ni58,5Mo31,5B10 alloy are discussed. 6 refs., 5 figs
