Thermodynamic properties and stability of phases in the system Y-Ba-Cu-O

Description
Thermodynamic functions of compounds and solutions in the yttrium superconducting system are studied emf measurements. Thermodynamic model of CuO-base layer is proposed for description of thermodynamic properties of YBa2Cu3O6+z and Y2Ba4Cu7O14+z solid solutions in dependence on their oxygen content. Results of calculating fields of superconductor phase existence are presented
