Amide complexes of thorium(IV), uranium(IV), and dioxouranium(VI) nitrates
Description
Complexes of thorium tetranitrate, Th(NO3)4.xL (x=3, L = MeCONHMe; x = 2.5, L = MeCONEt2, EtCONMe2, or Me3C.CONMe2; x = 2, L = MeCONPh2), uranium tetranitrate U(N03)4.2.5L (L = MeCONEt2 or EtCONMe2), and dioxouranium (VI) nitrate, UO2(NO3)2.2L (all above R'CONR''2), have been prepared. Their i.r., Raman, and electronic spectra are discussed. (author)
